Ouch! Tough break!

Carnie Wilson, of Wilson Phillips, is reportedly on the verge of losing her home!

According to legal documents filed at the El Lay County Recorder's Office, the singer has defaulted on her mortgage, and still owes over $1.6 million! She has until July 21st to pay her bills before the house goes into auction!

Oh no!

Here's hoping she still has some of that paycheck from appearing in Bridesmaids to put toward it!

The Game Show Network is replacing Carnie Wilson as host of The Newlywed Game with The View's Sherri Shepherd!

Carnie hosted from April 2009 until the end of the show's second season, when she got fired chose not to return.

Looks like the Game Show Network pissed her off!

Carnie Wilson is suing GSN for $277,500 in additional pay for work she did on her series Unstapled.

According to the lawsuit, Carnie was to receive $120,000 for 24 days of work totaling in six weeks of episodes, but the show ended up taking 53 days with even more hours per day. The complaint reads:

"Accordingly, at the rate of $5,000 per day, which is the daily rate of said contract, Defendant GSN owes to (Wilson) the additional amount of $277,500 with legal interest thereon from the final day of shooting."

But a GSN spokesperson said, "We are not aware of any lawsuit by Carnie Wilson against GSN."

We wonder if her recent termination from The Newlywed Game has anything to do with this?

She got the axe!

The National Enquirer is reporting that Carnie Wilson was fired from her hosting gig at The Newlywed Game because she wasn't funny enough!

A source reveals:

"Carnie wasn't cracking up the audience the way the producers hoped. The contestants are screened for their laugh potential, and it's the host's job to keep everyone in stitches. Carnie was missing the mark."

So who is the Game Show Network eying as her replacement?

The View's Sherri Shepherd and comedian Jeff Foxworthy!

We're a little embarrassed this…but this makes us really effing EXCITED!!

Chynna Phillips, who recently went through rehab to deal with anxiety, is reuniting with former Wilson Phillips bandmates Carnie and Wendy Wilson to go on tour!! They'll also be releasing a Christmas album in October!

Chynna says:

"I'm thrilled that the Wilson Phillips family is coming back together again. We've known each other for more than 20 years. We're like family. I'm excited about working with the Wilson sisters again."

Carnie agrees:

"Christmas is a special time for all of us, especially because we now all have kids. That's why this is a perfect album for us."

It's about time! Release the tour dates ASAP, ladies!!

Although we previously reported that Carnie Wilson collapsed on the set of the Newlywed Game, sources claim that it is not true.

"She didn't collapse. She got lightheaded on the set one day," said a show insider. "It wasn't a big deal. She resumed work less than an hour later."

Oh, no!

Carnie Wilson collapsed on the set of The Newlywed Game, causing major concern for her health!

Carnie blamed the medication she's on for a cyst that doctors found on her neck, but the producers fear that her excess weight is to blame. A source reveals:

"In the middle of the show, Carnie went white and began to sway. Her speech was garbed. During taping days, a medic is just off-camera.

"She's managed to lose some weight but the pounds aren't melting away, which bothers her. I think now she's finally motivated to take off the weight and keep it off."

When Carnie appeared on the Dr. Oz Show in February she was told that she dangerously obese and she admits that having kids "derailed" her weight loss. Carnie says:

"I need help. Having children derailed me a bit. I don't want to be drastic. I want to be realistic. I have to be a teacher to my daughters.

"Lola started to notice commercials on TV with people who are trying to lose weight, and she looks at me. She's thinking about this stuff, and it's getting to her."

You can do it, Carnie — just do it safely!

Update: According to the show source, Carnie did not collapse. She became lightheaded on the set.
