Camilla Belle Is A Heavenly Work Of Art In El Lay

The fashion gods heard our prayers!

As soon as we saw this Carolina Herrera gown in the pre-fall collection, we had our fingers crossed that one of our faves would wear it to an upcoming event.

And Camilla Belle did it justice like no other!

The 26-year-old actress wore the dotted off-the-shoulder gown to the Art of Elysium's 6th Annual Heaven Gala in El Lay on Saturday, looking like a total Disney princess with her striking bone structure, sophisticated updo, and diamond drop Van Cleef & Arpels earrings.

Perfection!

Star light, star bright, hottest star we see tonight!

Emmy Rossum was a lovely vision in a midnight blue gown this afternoon at the Critics' Choice Awards.

The stunning Carolina Herrera gown featured mesh overlay and jeweled star-shaped accents at the waist and shoulders, and reminded us of a sky bursting with twinkling little stars!

Side-swept shiny waves and soft earth-toned makeup completed her look.

Miley Cyrus Insists Alcohol Is 'Way More Dangerous' Than Weed! Shares Her New Priorities As An Adult & Artist!

Perhaps Amanda Bynes would have been better off giving Miley Cyrus her bong!

The We Can’t Stop singer interviewed with Rolling Stone magazine for their July 4th issue, and revealed her fairly liberal thoughts on drugs and alcohol.

Given her stoner reputation, we’re not totally surprised. Though, when asked to clarify her penchant for weed, she said:

"You can't ask someone that and expect them to say yes... I did a song with Snoop Dogg called 'Ashtrays and Heartbreaks,' so people can put it together for themselves."

That sounds fairly straightforward to us. Mileybird then went ahead to state that she thinks there are things much, much worse than a little bit of the green stuff:

"I think alcohol is way more dangerous than marijuana -- people can be mad at me for saying that, but I don't care... I've seen a lot of people spiral down with alcohol, but I've never seen that happen with weed."

She added:

"As long as it isn't illegal, there are far more dangerous things. And it's legal in the state of California. So I'm happy to live in California, a place where you can be whoever you want to be."

Well, Miley, marijuana isn’t exactly legal in California unless you have a prescription, so we’re not entirely sure what you mean. But, okay...

As for her transition from Disney teen idol to mature pop star, she said:
