Well Perezcious readers, TomKat is now just a thing of the past!

The marriage and divorce chapters of the book of Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have officially been closed and completed!

Yesterday, a month-and-a-half since Katie filed for divorce, a judge closed the ex-couple’s divorce case for good!

The two had been married for five years and seemed to have sped right through their divorce and custody settlements!

Maybe Tom and Katie could give Kris Humphries and Kim Kardashian some tips on how to move things along a bit faster?? Ha!

Oh Kimmy…if only things could be as easy!

Good news for Robert Duffy!

The president of Marc Jacobs has revolved the sexual harassment suit brought on by the company's ex-COO Patrice Lataillade.

In case you forgot, Lataillade said he was fired last September after complaining about Duffy's sexual misconduct in the workplace, which included naked photo shoots and pole dancing.

LVMH denied the COO's claims and promised to vigorously defend the case in court, but it looks like that won't be necessary now.

As of last week the case was officially closed with a rep for LVMH saying the lawsuit was "resolved to the satisfaction of both parties".

Good! As we said last month, it's time for them to move on.

To recap….as we saw in The Social Network, the Winklevoss twins sued Mark Zuckerberg for turning their failed ConnectU project into Facebook.

THEN the twins Winklevii were being sued by Wayne Chang, who was also involved with ConnectU. He claimed that he was elbowed out of the $65 million settlement between the Winklevoss twins and Facebook.

AND THEN the twins re-ignited their lawsuit with Facebook, and tried to bring the suit to the Supreme Court, in an effort to get the settlement invalidated.

Now, Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss have decided to let it go and keep their settlement.

It's just as we expected.

Last month, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon were investigated by the Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services following allegations of alcohol and drug use by the couple after their twins' birth.

Now, Mariah's rep Cindi Berger has confirmed that the investigation has been closed:

"Disturbing that an anonymous caller would call child protective services but they legally have to follow up. What an utter waste of tax payers dollars. Yes, the case is closed."

We had no doubt that the case would turn out like this!

We're sorry that you had to go through this at the same time of your twins' birth, Nick and Mariah, but we're glad to hear that everything was worked out.

Lucky break!

Police in London have no intention of speaking to Peaches Geldof about those dresses.

As we mentioned previously, the socialite was accused of stealing a dress from Three Amigos and Vintage King, but due to lack of evidence the case is now closed.

Oh well, at least the stores got some free press.

Even though no one really thought otherwise other than his shady iffy wifey Shannon Price, investigators have announced that they have closed the case looking into who murdered actor Gary Coleman.

The coroner officially labeled his death an "accident" weeks ago upon completing his autopsy report and with that, the decision was final to shut down the investigation.

Maybe now he can rest in peace.
