Looks like Nick Cannon's gonna be getting his musician AND comedian on with his upcoming album.

Check out Famous (above), the first single from Nick's new musical comedy album Mr. Showbiz, which features Akon as a guest vocalist.

The new album will be released to coincide with his upcoming standup comedy special, and Famous will be featured as the theme song for the show.

While both Kim Kardashian's Jam (Turn It Up) and Paris Hilton's 2006 debut single Stars Are Blind are both special in their own way, it looks like Paris' single was able to turn it up with listeners more than Kim's.

Within its first five days in release, Kim's single sold 14,000 downloads, which didn't quite bring her to the "75-position Digital Songs chart."

Paris Hilton's debut single back in '06 sold 53,000 downloads in its first week, and landed the #10 spot on the Digital Songs chart, as well as a #18 spot on the Billboard Hot 100.

Don't worry about it, Kim! We were still VERY impressed with your single. As we said before, it was catchy, vocals were nice, and it wasn't TOO autotuned!
