We hope she passed away comfortably.

Veteran actress and singer Polly Bergen died this past Saturday at her home in Southbury, Connecticut at the age of 84.

She was reportedly surrounded by her close friends and family and she is believed to have died of natural causes.

The acclaimed actress enjoyed a length tenure as a professional in the television, film, and theater industry. She could recently been seen on the small screen on Desperate Housewives and on The Sopranos.

The former role earned her a Emmy nomination - an award which she previously had won in 1958!

Gay Mormon Students At Brigham Young University Want U To Know…IT GETS BETTER!

Since it's Easter Sunday and all, we figured we'd help spread an inspiring message of peace, love, and hope from out and proud Mormon students at Brigham Young University.

Understanding Same-Gender Attraction, an unofficial group of the conservative school, wants U to know that IT GETS BETTER!

It is no secret that homosexuality conflicts with some beliefs taught in the Church of Jesus Christ of latter-day Saints, but these students want the world to know that it's okay to practice your faith, while embracing your sexuality!

If God created all life, then God created gay people. Religious members of the LGBT community struggle with their faith and sexuality every day, but these students can promise it's okay to be true to both.

Gay or straight, believer or atheist, we'd like to ask all of our readers to watch the video above this Easter and spread the message that IT GETS BETTER!

Aziz Ansari Uses Comedy To Support the LGBT Community

Aziz Ansari

It’s always refreshing when celebrities use their talent and influence to promote a good cause, and that’s exactly what comedian and Parks and Recreation star Aziz Ansari is currently doing.

After reading this truly harrowing article in Rolling Stone about one Mississippi town’s extreme high rate of teen suicides - a majority of which had to do with sexual orientation - Aziz was moved to action.

Ansari put on a sold-out, impromptu show to benefit Justin’s Gift, an LGBT organization set up by the mother of Justin Aaborg who was one of the Mississippi teens who committed suicide.

The response was so positive, Ansari decided to do another, but this time on a larger scale with a more impressive line up.

The second benefit will be held tomorrow night at Largo, Los Angeles and features Hannibal Buress, Nick Kroll, and Chelsea Peretti, among others.

This is truly inspirational. Aziz - you set the bar for the rest of 'em!
