Twitter uses and the general public aren't the only ones who are outraged at the outcome of Casey Anthony's murder trial. Some people in the judicial system are just as floored as we are about Casey walking free from all of this and one lawmaker in Oklahoma hopes to ensure it doesn't happen again.

Paul Wesselhoft announced yesterday that he plans to introduce a law called the "Caylee's law" in his state requiring parents to swiftly report the death or disappearance of a child in Oklahoma's 2012 legislative session.
