Biebs does not like it when you compare him to a beaver!

Justin Bieber has slapped video game maker RC3 with a cease and desist letter after they created a game called Joustin' Beaver.

The point of the game is getting Beaver to sign "Otter-graphs" while avoiding the "Phot-Hogs" along the way.

We are not making this up!

Apparently, Biebs doesn't want the game using his likeness and his lawyers are willing to take RC3 to court.

Sad. Joustin' Beaver has a iTunes app rating of five stars!

Looks like Charlie Sheen and Warner Bros. still got a little beef.

The mega studio has slapped the warlock with a cease and desist letter, asking Charlie to stop using Two and a Half Men photos for his benefit.

The Ma-Sheen has been using the photos to promote his new FX show, Anger Management.

It's cool. We think Charlie will manage without using the photos! He's the Ma-Sheen!

Uh-oh! This is not good!

Joe Francis, who created the Girls Gone Wild series, has slapped Madonna with a cease-and-desist letter over the usage of his franchise name as a title of one her new songs on MDNA, and is threatening legal action if she does not comply to certain terms!

According to the letter, which asserts that the pop icon is trying to get a "free ride on the valuable consumer goodwill and brand recognition" of the Girls Gone Wild trademark, she must negotiate a licensing agreement for it usage, holding accountable the number of times she's already used it, and she must not perform the song during the Super Bowl halftime show!

What?! That last part seems seriously ridiculous!

Apparently, Madge has to answer by 5pm PST today before legal action is taken.

Lindsay Lohan is NOT happy about reports that she'll be pAArtying it up in Dubai for the New Year, and has even had her lawyers fire off a cease and desist letter to the company planning the event on the QE2, demanding that they stop using her name to promote it!

Ivanka Trump is a copycat! At least that's what Derek Lam is saying.

The designer fired off a cease and desist letter to the Donald's daughter and her shoe licensee Marc Fisher Footwear demanding they remove their $150 "Cadie" wedge off the market because it's "virtually identical" to Lam's $780 Ayami" wedge sandal.

Derek Lam CEO Jan-Hendrik Schlottmann admits Ivanka probably has no idea her shoe was a copy since she works with a licensee, but they "had to protest this".

The designer's attorneys gave Trump seven days to pull the shoes and are also asking for info on past and future sales of the Cadie wedge, including accounting records of all sales.

It's time for another Urban Outfitters scandal!

The hipster retailer is in hot water for using of the word "Navajo" to describe their Native American-inspired items, which violates the Federal Trade Commission Act and Federal Indian Arts and Crafts Act of 1990.

In light of Abercrombie & Fitch issuing a press release last month claiming that they had offered The Situation a 'substantial' amount of money to stop wearing their clothes, the Jersey Shore star has not only claimed that he hasn't seen any offer, but has now had his lawyers send the company a cease-and-desist letter for what he claims to be an infringement on his legal copyright by printing several of his slogans - including The Fitchuation and GTL Fitch - on their t-shirts!

According to the letter:

"We doubt that you could provide a valid reason why you used these specific designs, except to create a (false) association with our client's goodwill."

Hey! We can't help but agree!

Seems pretty tasteless to condemn his antics to the extent that they don't want him to wear their clothes, and then go ahead and cash in on his popularity by ripping off his slogans!

We can't see how they intend to argue their way around this one!
