After a story circulated that Lindsay Lohan was spotted drinking two glasses of red wine at Gjelina restaurant in Venice before turning herself in to serve her house arrest sentence yesterday, her camp is reportedly so upset that they're threatening to take legal action!

Cease and desist letters have allegedly gone out, while the formerly hard-pAArtying actress is claiming that she merely dined on salmon and coke!

Here's hoping she's not just getting all fired up over a guilty conscience!

Ugh, it's about time!

Lindsay Lohan sent a threatening cease and desist letter to her father in order for him to stop selling her stuff!

In an act she calls "shameful," Michael Lohan is attempting to sell excerpts of her private diary which she wrote while in rehab at Cirque Lodge in 20007.

WTF is he thinking?!

La Loca is "appalled" by his actions and said that if he continues, she will exercise her legal rights and seek damages for a "grave invasion of privacy."

The man is lower than trash.

The Naked Cowboy in Times Square is not pleased with stripper Sandy Kane assuming the role of a naked cowgirl so he has sent her a cease and desist letter in hopes that she'll put her clothes on.

There is a target on his back and the Cali Medical Board is ready to take aim!

Representatives from the board have asked a judge to order Dr. Conrad Murray to stop practicing medicine immediately to "protect California's citizens."

Last week, the Board filed papers claiming that the current restrictions on Conrad's medical practices, including administering "deep anesthetics", were "insufficient under the circumstances of this defendant's behavior."

You know, how he assisted in the death of a musical legend!

In the docs, the Board states, "It is not just his 'prescribing' practices that are in question, but his fundamental judgment and skill as a physician." Therefore, a cease and desist order was requested to stop Conrad from practicing medicine until his criminal trial regarding Michael Jackson's death reaches a conclusion.

We agree this should happen, but at this point, is it really necessary? What patient in their right mind is still carrying this man as their primary physician???

A source close to LeAnn Rimes has said that the cheater and sometimes singer has sent a cease and desist letter to Eddie Cibrian's soon-to-be ex-wife Brandi, citing allegations of slander.

LeAnn's lawyers insisted that Brandi respond to the letter in five days or else LeAnn will move forward and pursue legal action, asking the court to grant a gagging order.

A source close to Brandi denies the accusation, saying, "Brandi has been nothing but nice to LeAnn. She let her kids go to Mexico with them, and she is genuinely happy that they like her. If they didn't, then she would be upset."

The source explains that the allegations actually stem from before the married couple's split when Brandi said that LeAnn was "stalking" Eddie because at the time she was still unaware of her husband's relationship with the Rimes.

Well, how dare she say anything negative about her own husband's girlfriend!!

LeAnn's sources of course deny any of that saying that the cease and desist letter was sent "months and months of Brandi speaking about LeAnn in the press and telling lies. This is a reaction, and something she felt was necessary to do to protect herself."

So not only is LeAnn a cheater, but she's a liar and a sneak! Real clASSy!
