Hilary Duff got a little help from her furry friend for Danskin's Move for Change campaign.

The actress shows off her workout regimen in a photo shoot and video for the campaign that promotes women's health and wellness. And her routine that includes Hilary's her dog.

Hil said:

"I really hike, and I usually bring my dog. I live in a place that is crazy traffic all day, every day, and to be able to come into the mountain, hike and see other people – I really love that. I find that when I'm working out, I live a healthy lifestyle."

Aw! Work'n your fitness with your pooch. We love it!

The star chose Dubois over her other four dogs, Coco, Lola, Jak and Rue, to co-star with her in the campaign.

We bet they're others are totes jealous!

The husband and father always includes this three dogs — Katie, Scruffy, and Molly — on family vacations!

Right now the whole gang is vacationing in Vancouver and every year the family of 6 (3 humans and 3 dogs) take an ocean side RV trip to their beach house.

Even though Eric treats his dogs like humans hit rescue dogs still haven't forgotten their street-dog mentality. He told PEOPLE:

"If a houseguest has any kind of food in their purse or overnight bag. Scruffy will find it."

Eric's passion for his dogs has affected his professional life. The Will and Grace star will be for an animated series called Pound Puppies, which begins airing new episodes Aug. 13 on the HUB!!

Yesterday Russian supermodel Irina Shayk was spotted wearing a checkered dress ala "Dorothy" from The Wizard of OZ as she ran through a rain storm in NYC with her manager (and her little dog too)!

We haven't seen Irina with this dog before. Her other dog Labrador Caesare is a little too big to play the part of Toto. Perhaps she just rented this little bulldog to go with her outfit. JK!!

Alexis Rory Gilmore is currently in the big apple filming her newest flick Sleepaway Camp Reunion, the fifth installment of the Sleepaway Camp slasher movies. Sounds like a far cry from the Sisterhood of the Traveling Happy Times we're used to seeing her in.

The actress and her pooch, Maui, had an pawsome weekend together! Sunday Maui rode in the basket of her owner's pink bike as Ashley petaled to Haylie Duff's house for a weekend cookout!!

Along with this adorable blonde duo, Haylie's party guests, which included sis Hilary and her hubby Mike Comrie.

Ugh! Is it wrong that we're totally jealous of a baby dog? LOLZ.

Saturday the faboulus Mr. John Legend was spotted at Tails in the City pet boutique with his girlfriend Chrissy Teigen doing some shopping for their two dogs.

John and Chrissy stocked up on Poochee collars and leashes, a Petote dog carrier, a new bed, plus
lots of fun toys and treats. Sounds like someone had a fun weekend!

John was in town touring with Sade.

Sells reps from Tails in the City tell us were both so cute and so nice!
