Is Octo-Mom taking thieving lessons from LiLo?!

Celebrity Boxing founder Damon Feldman this so!

He has a bone to pick with Nadya "Octo-Mom" Suleman, whom he swears she stole failed to return his 1.5 carat diamond engagement ring valued at $7,500!

Damon says she borrowed it after their self-proclaimed publicity stunt earlier this year.

He pretended to propose to her, slipped the diamond ring on her finger, and they faked an engagement. The expectation, however, was that she would return the ring within a few weeks.

According to the report Damon filed with local PD, that never happened.

We may have just found Octo-Mom's next celebrity boxing match!

The reality star, who became a porn star and is now attempting to become a music star, is calling Paris Hilton out for her recently recorded comments that offended the gay community.

Although Paris has assured us that the chatter — captured by an NYC taxi cab driver — was "taken out of context", Nadya Suleman put her on blast by saying:

A promoter has offered Casey Anthony $20,000 to fight Michelle 'Bombshell' McGee, the woman Jesse James cheated with, in a celebrity boxing match.

He said he is willing to give her $10,000 and then donate another $10,000 to the charity of her choice.

McGee is definitely interested in fighting Casey, saying:

"I want this match! I know she’s lying about killing her daughter Caylee. I want to kick her ass!"

Bold words! We wonder how Casey will respond.

The two are pretty evenly matched, Michelle is only one inch taller and five pounds heavier.

The promoter has already contacted Casey's reps and is "just wait­ing to hear from her."

Previously, we reported Octo-Mom was banned from celebrity boxing, but that does not appear to be the ENTIRE story.

According to a source, Octo-Mom was actually retaliating against Damon Feldman for canceling a celebrity boxing match she had scheduled before. And she also apparently did not want to participate in a boxing match that was fixed.

In the midst of an HBO stand-up special on Saturday, professional funny man George Lopez switched gears from joke-teller to irate political activist!
