Charlie Sheen is leaving El Lay! Seeee ya!
According to DailyMail, real estate agent Scott Weier just finalized brokering a deal with the 50-year-old actor for three adjacent homes in Rosarito, Mexico priced at $1 million.
What happened to being in an absurd amount of debt though?! We digress…

Weier says the deal went through within the last six weeks and Sheen has the keys in hand:
"It's just a humble little three-bedroom house, around 2,700 square feet. It wasn't too expensive. He told me he's planning on living here full time, he's tired of the rat race of the United States and his life the way it is. He wants to do something a bit different. He's looking for a change. Compared to what he has in Los Angeles it's very humble and simple. He's certainly not coming here to impress anyone with a huge mansion on the ocean."
Considering his track record, we'd probably say it's best for the actor to get out of the scene, too.
Although it's still a short trip to Los Angeles, what might prove to be most concerning about the 140,000 person town is it's proximity to Tijuana — the city known for booze, strip clubs, and legal brothels. Yikes.
But Weier suggests Sheen seems like a changed man who is serious about living a simpler life:
"He's serious about it. He's said to me more than once, 'I envy you. I'd rather have a simple life, a family and be laid back without people hounding me all day.' He's looking for things to be much quieter and simple. He's a nice guy. From what I can tell he's learned a lot from his mistakes and he wants not just to change his address but to change his life. He doesn't drink as much anymore, and he even joked about that with me. When I've been with him he's only had one beer or so. He wants normalcy and peace."
We hope so!!! Only time will tell!
Do U think this move will keep Sheen out of trouble, or will he just bring it with him?? SOUND OFF in the comments!
