With legs like that, there's no denying Mila brings the heat!

The new mom was positively glowing at her first red carpet appearance since welcoming little Samuel into the world in a Dolce & Gabbana lace dress, Nicholas Kirkwood peep-toe pumps and David Webb jewelry.
