Tomato Eating Men May Have Lower Stroke Risk

A new study in the journal Neurology found that older men who had relatively high blood levels of the antioxidant lycopene were less likely to have a stroke!
Of the over 1,000 men looked at in the Finnish study, the lycopene lovers had a lower incidence of stroke over 12 years.
