Everyone experiences jet lag, but what you may not be aware of is that long flights can effect your health in many ways.
Being on a lengthy flight can effect everything from your blood, sinuses, stomach, ears, cells and sleep. Dang, that's cray cray!!

A new study found that there's a compound in cruciferous veggies like broccoli that might be able to fight cancer!
In the lab, the compound was able to kill leukemia cells!!
That's absolutely ahmayzing!
The compound, sulforaphane, was incubated with acute lymphoblastic leukemia and it made the cancer cells die.
What's even more amazing…

It seems that there are so many conflicting reports about the safety of cell phone use.
Well here's another one!
This one claims that:
"There is no scientific evidence that low-level electromagnetic field exposure from mobiles phones and other transmitting devices causes adverse health effects."
It was an extensive 200-page study that looked not only at cell phones but all wireless networks.
Electromagnetic radiation from cell phones/wifi/blue tooth is what people believe causes health issues, but the study found that radiation from a phone is about fifty times lower than the minimum needed to affect a human in any way.
Even then, they still studied the effects of the low level radiation. They concluded:
"The group found no evidence that the low-level fields around mobile phones and other transmitters increase the risk of cancer, impair male fertility, cause other reproductive damage or lead to other diseases and adverse health effects."
Perfect!
So we can feel safe again! The study looked at 360,000 cell phone users in an 18-year study.
We feel pretty safe trusting the results.

FINALLY!
The Spray-On Battery has been invented!
Utilizing liquid solar cells has always been kinda hard, so luckily those smarty-pants nerds over at Rice University have created a spray-on battery to go with them!
They do it by layering five coats of specially formulated paint, using a way to apply a thin coat of lithium ion storage to multiple surfaces, including glass, ceramics, steel and flexible polymers.
Check out what they were able to do with it in the video (above)!
Just think how awesome this will be when they use more modern methods…!
Maybe a whole house solar panel?? Sounds fab!

Ever since he won his first Tour de France, people have been whispering about Lance Armstrong's possible blood doping.
That's where athletes remove some of their red blood cells, put them on ice, wait until new ones grow then inject the extra blood cells back into themselves right before a race.
What that does is allow them to move more oxygen more efficiently so they can go harder for longer.
Lance said he's given over 500 samples to prove he's never blood doped, saying:
