If you think this is a feud kinda thing, think again — Mark Wahlberg and Tie Domi have been good friends for a loooooong time.

It IS, however, a toughness thing! Ha!

Mark challenged him to a sparring session at Toronto's Air Canada Centre, where the former hockey star played with the Toronto Maple Leafs — and apparently, according to Mark, Tie is too scared to fight him.

One of the issues with legalizing marijuana is the inevitable surge of people who think they can go out and drive after smoking a fat ol' blunt. Not the case.

While there isn't really a breathalyzer for hitting bongs, cops still have ways to crack down on those dumb enough to drive while high.

Washington's law does change DUI provisions by setting a new blood-test limit for marijuana — a limit police are training to enforce. Lawyers are ready to challenge this, though, as a positive result could be from previous legal consumption that wasn't affecting their driving.

Colorado has no new DUI provisions, making them scramble to figure out how to handle it.

Does this really come as a surprise to anyone??

We've seen the way Lindsay Lohan does business and it's really not all that professional. Besides stiffing hefty hotel bills and letting down Barbara Walters of all people, it really isn't a far stretch to say that the girl has quite a reputation.

Turns out, things weren't so different on the set of her Lifetime movie Liz & Dick.

Executive Producer Larry Thompson called working with her a "challenge" and that's putting it nicely. Between all the various lawsuits and run-ins with the law, it didn't take the faint of heart to get her cleared by insurance, causing a huge pain for production.

Mark Cuban gave his two cents on Donald Trump's $5 million challenge to Barack Obama.

As we previously mentioned, Trump offered President Obama $5 million to the charity of his choice if he releases his college records.

Cuban said "the offer he made [was] one of the dumbest things ever."

So Cuban came up with an offer of his own, saying:
