Earthquake Does Its Best To Disrupt Tennis Interview, Fails!

Filed under: TV NewsWacky, Tacky & TrueZportz

This is just more proof as to why we need Google Glasses — if you take video all the time, you won't miss something like this!

Luckily, even though they were only recording a short segment, the Tennis Channel actually captured an Earthquake on TV! It caused no damage, except it totally broke the concentration of Brett Haber. Hilariously, Tracy Austin, Neil Harman and USA TODAY Sports tennis writer Doug Robson were unfazed and kept talking.

Here's what Haber said about it:

"Since I live in California I knew pretty quickly it was an earthquake and as we were on a flimsy set with an overhang I was getting ready to move to clearer ground if it intensified."

And this is what Harman said:

"I thought it was a wind gust."

LOLz!

If you watch the video (above), you'll see that it's more how Neil Harman describes it than Haber!

Whether or not you thought Will.I.Am's Reach For The Stars was a great choice for the first song ever to be debuted on Mars, you have to admit that the technical process behind it was fascinating!

Just the idea of having something on Mars right now that we can interact with is so fab that our science boners are about to get out of control!

NBC Sells Off Stake In A&E Networks

NBC sells stake in A&E networks

NBC has officially sold off its 15.8% of A&E Networks — which also includes Lifetime and the History Channel — to Disney and Hearst Corporation.

The transaction cost the buyers $3.03 billion to gain 50-50 control of the television channels, while the sale allows NBC Universal's 51% holder, Comcast, to save up to buy the rest of entertainment company from General Electric.

What does this mean for U?

Not much. We're sure all your favorite programming will continue to air as usual until the ratings start to slide.

U can stop panicking now!

Roseanne Wants A Job With Fox News

Roseanne wants a fox news show

No joke. Roseanne is being completely serious.

The comedian really wants a show on Fox News so the 24-hour news channel will "be really fair and balanced and have a nice left point of view on there.”

Even though she is in the middle of running for president (again, no joke), the former sitcom star thinks her dreams of anchoring a news show might actually come true. In fact, she told sources that she was already offered a gig in the past and explained:

Jennifer Garner Vamps It Up With A Priest In New Short Film Serena!

Holy shiz!

We were unclear of what to expect, but it certainly was NOT this!

Nor was it to be so profoundly moved by such a simple, emotionally charged, and perfectly acted exchanged!

Ch-ch-check out this incredibly powerful short film called Serena, which was written and directed by Rodrigo Garcia and stars an INCREDIBLE Jennifer Garner and Alfred Molina as an unstable woman going to confession when she drops one helluva bomb on her equally troubled priest (above)!
