Seriously though, it's almost as if Hugh Jackman has packed his bags, told his family that it wasn't their fault, and straight up moved into the gym across the street! This guy is ALWAYS pumping iron!!

We won't ever complain about it, because it's super seksi, but we DO feel bad for how much time he could be helping his kids with homework and stuff! LOLz!

Okay, so homework sucks! Maintaining your temple rules!

Hugh posted these two new pics on Instagram (above and below), exclaiming that all of his drive is coming from the looming cheat day in his future! You can do it, Hugh! You're almost there!

Ha!

jennifer aniston reveals diet to prepare for we are the millers

Jennifer Aniston is NOT afraid to bare it all, and with a body like that, why would she be??

The seksi actress will be letting it all hang out in We're The Millers, where she plays a stripper turned drug dealer and so far we are definitely liking what we are seeing!

Jen has already opened up about how yoga helped her get into such amazing shape, but she also says it was extremely important for her to watch what she was eating, especially while shooting one particularly steamy scene!

McDonald's Releasing Oreo Pie!

Oreo Pie

Our cheat day can't come soon enough! When it does, we'll be in the McDonald's drive thru to order ourselves one of these puppies!

The most famous fast food joint in all of the world has teamed up with, perhaps, the most famous cookie to create the Oreos Cookies ‘N’ Cream baked pie.

At 2 for $1.39, we just can't resist eating it in addition with an Oreo McFlurry moderation every once in a while.

This snack just looks too yummy and we have to AT LEAST taste it.

But WAIT! It may only be available in Canada for now! Blast!

Apparently this creation is a collaboration with the cookie company in honor of Oreos 100th birthday and is currently being tested with our neighbors to the north before hitting America.

Dang it! We're crossing our fingers it makes it to the U.S. though. Would U give McDonald's newest pie a try?

Lisa DeFazio Answers Your Questions

Lisa DeFazio Answers Your Questions

Hey Lisa,

I have been on a journey getting healthy and fit for about 5 years now. On a regular day I eat a well balanced organic diet, and I rarely drink, but every once in awhile I really get a craving for wine and chocolate. Once I have one day off the wagon I tend to have a couple more bad days. Is it better to plan a cheat day? Or are cheat days even a good idea in the first place. If they are OK, how many cheat days is too many? I still have about 25 lbs to lose to get to my goal weight, and I know that a couple bad days can add about 2 lbs back on the scale. I would really appreciate any advice. Thank you so much and tell Perez he is a god send for this site!

Chelsey H.

Hi Chelsey!

Cheat days are going to happen, and it is okay! Relax, and enjoy it. The most important thing to do is to get back on track the very next morning! I have found that many people are either "perfect" with their diet and exercise program or out of control! One cheat day, or a day of indulging in high-fat food, often leads to thoughts such as "I blew it anyway so who cares," and the next day you have a burger and fries, and so on, leading to a week of no exercise and over eating!

I listen to my body and it tells me when I will cheat. You know those days when you HAVE to eat a burger or chocolate cake and nothing else will satisfy your craving? For example it may be a Saturday night and I am craving a burger, I go for it, and Sunday, get back on track. I enjoy it, forget about it, and move on. Do not dwell on it and feel guilty! The next day, I will have an egg white and vegetable omelet for breakfast, a salad with chicken for lunch, and maybe salmon and rice for dinner. The problem with planning cheat days is that if you plan that Friday night you will eat pizza, but on Friday night, you are not in the mood for pizza, you want sushi (which is healthy), then do not force yourself to cheat!

I would say one cheat day a week is reasonable, do not cheat all day long, and get back on track eating healthy the very next morning! Going for a walk the next day or working out would be even better. Taking care of your body is a life long responsibility! You will not go the rest of your life without indulging! So accept that you will crave some wine and chocolate, and that is fine, because let's face it, enjoying wine and chocolate is a wonderful part of life-in moderation of course!

Katy Perry Dieting To Prep For Tour

Katy Perry Dieting To Prep For Tour

When Katy Perry walks onto a stage she has to look incredible (she always does. btw), and so when she goes on a big tour, like her upcoming California Dreams world tour, she watches what she eats.

Said Katy:

"After this interview I’m going to have a nice healthy breakfast. I’m on a meal plan, which absolutely sucks. But on Sundays I get to have a cheat day where I go buck wild and eat In-N-Out Burger. Then I’ll work out, go to a vocal lesson, run through the entire set at rehearsals, go to dance rehearsal until 10pm and then go home and sort through e-mails concerning the production. I feel like I’m training for the Olympics!"

Having a “cheat day” is a great way to maintain sanity while on a strict diet. You’re less likely to break your diet during the week if you know that on Saturday or Sunday you can grab a burger.
