Barbara Walters May Be Walking Away From The View With Joy And Elisabeth!

barbara the view retire

Down they go, like dominos!

Following the news that Joy Behar - and possibly Elisabeth Hasselbeck - will be departing The View this summer (guess which one by choice?) it appears that one more lady on the ABC gab-fest may not be sticking around much longer!

And sadly, they've saved the best for last!

According to network insiders, the creator and executive producer, Barbara Walters, is seriously considering throwing in her hosting duties, and as disappointed as we are to hear it, we can't say we blame her!

She's 83, after all!

And while she's normally at the top of her game even at that age, she's been pretty sick lately, only having just re-joined the panel this week after recovering from her January fall and battling the chicken pox!

We previously mentioned that Barbara Walters had chicken pox recently.

She had to go to the hospital for it because at her age it can be very serious.

She's alright now but still feeling "weak and tired" so she won't be returning to the The View for three weeks!

Parents Buying LICKED Lollipops To Build Children's Chickenpox Immunity

Filed under: Wacky, Tacky & TrueFacebookHealthFamily

Lollipop

Eww! This is just INSANELY disgusting!

Instead of trusting vaccines to prevent their children from contracting diseases like Chickenpox and the Measles, some parents are purchasing lollipops online which were licked by other infected kids.

Why? To keep their offspring safe, of course!

A Facebook group called "Find a Pox Party in Your Area" is allowing parents to meet other parents with sick kids so they can swap spit — literally!

One posting from a Wendy Werkit of Nashville, Tenessee offered other group members a "fresh batch of pox in Nashville shipping of suckers, spit and Q-tips available tomorrow 50 dollars via PayPal."

Gross!

The woman explained herself to a local news broadcast, saying:

The Lakers Worried About… Chicken Pox?

The Lakers Worried About... Chicken Pox?

Most teams are trying to make sure their players don’t get injured before the playoffs.

The Lakers are worried about baby diseases.

Guard Steve Blake has the chicken pox. The big problem is that a few key players — Kobe Bryant, Andrew Bynum, and Ron Artest — have never gotten the pox, so they are susceptible to contracting it.

Steve will be taking a couple weeks off to recover, and his wife has assured everone that she’ll nurse him back to health.

She wrote on twitter:

"And before anyone asks NO my kids didn't give it to him. They were vaccinated and are healthy. No clue where or how Steve got chicken pox….I'll have him healthy and back in no time."

Lakers players better starting taking some extra vitamin C!
