Dog Adopts 10 Baby Chicks!!

Recipe for super cuteness: requires one dog and ten baby chicks.

Step one, mix the dog and the baby chicks together in your backyard.

Step two, film their interactions.

Step three, sit back and awwwww! LOLz!

Apparently, ten baby chicks randomly wandered into a family's yard one morning and their dog immediately fell in love with them.

The chicks have since been adopted by a family in Tennessee who is raising them as their own.

Those chicks were lucky to have such a cute foster dog!

Critically Endangered Sandpiper Chicks Peep About In Gloucestershire Zoo!

The Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust Slimbridge Wetland Centre got an EXTREMELY rare sight this week.

Fourteen spoon-billed sandpipper chicks were born, marking the first time anything like this has happened in the UK and it's only the second time these endangered cutiez have hatched in captivity.

The eggs were taken from all the surviving members of the flocks in the wild to fight off immediate extinction.

There are currently only around 100 pairs left…

Six more chicks are expected to hatch, making the total flock to 30. Flock size is big determining factor in this species' mating habits.

Watch (above) as these rare but LUVable birds enjoy snack time!

National Zoo Bustling Around With Kori Bustard And Burrowing Owl Chicks

There's so many cutiez running around the Smithsonian National Zoo, we don't what to do!

Not only did the zoo welcome two DARLING Kori Bustard chicks to their family, they also said hello to two burrowing owl babes too!

Both groups of aDORable chicks will be making their summer debut in late August. The Kori Bustard chicks are currently being hand-reared to avoid conflict with other birds of prey.

The burrowing owl babies are little more mature but they're still pint sized compared to other birds.

Still, we wish we could take either species home to play with us!
