Gloria Allred Is After Mitt Romney's Sealed Testimony

Gloria Allred has eased off of John Travolta lately and has a new famous target in her sights — Mitt Romney!

In what has been called her "October surprise," the famed lawyer represented Maureen Stemberg Sullivan, the ex-wife of Staples founder Tom Stemberg, in Massachusetts court this morning. The presidential hopeful testified at the couple's divorce proceedings back in the 90s because he worked closely with Stemberg and the Boston Globe is asking for "a court order to unseal the sworn testimony."

Allred arrived with Sullivan at the Norfolk Probate & Family Court in Canton to tell a judge she does not object to the newspaper's request because:

Mark-Paul Gosselaar And Estranged Wife File For Joint Custody Of Children

Filed under: Baby BlabberLegal MattersLove Line

Glad to hear that they're on the same page!

Mark-Paul Gosselaar and his soon-to-be ex-wife, Lisa Ann Russell, filed for divorce back in June after 14 years of marriage, but both seem to be in agreement on their children's best interest, and have filed for joint custody of Michael and Ava.

According to court documents filed April 1st, Russell is also seeking spousal support.

So happy to hear that they're putting the welfare of the kids before their own drama!

We know it can't be easy, but keeping them the priority will be SO beneficial for them in the long run, and that's what counts!

Stay strong, guys!

Oksana's Dr. Says She Never Mentioned Lucia's Injuries

oksana-grigorieva-didnt-tell-dr-about-lucia-injury.jpg

The doctor of Oksana Grigorieva says that she never mentioned to her that Mel Gibson may have injured their baby, Lucia.

While Oksana did bring Lucia in for a check up on the day after the alleged domestic violence incident, Dr. Linda Nussbaum says Oksana only asked for a check up of Lucia's protruding belly button, but didn't mention that Lucia had an injury on her chin - the one in which Oksana claims Mel inflicted.

Dr. Nussbaum continued:

"Ms. Grigorieva did not state to me that Lucia had suffered any trauma, abuse or injury of any kind….I did not see any symptoms of trauma, abuse, bruising, redness or injury on her face, head or elsewhere on her body."

Meanwhile, Mel's people is claiming that the photo of baby Lucia that Oksana is using in the custody case was doctored.

Lying to a judge, tampering with evidence?? This is some hardcore shizz. Let's just hope the truth eventually comes out and justice is served.

Katherine Jackson Vs. Debbie Rowe

katherinejacksone1.jpg

Wow. This is one of those situations where pretty much everybody involved kind of sucks.

Debbie Rowe is seeking $200,000 in attorney’s fees to be paid by Michael Jackson’s estate for the child custody case that occurred after his death.

Admittedly, Katherine Jackson has made disgusting amounts of money off of Michael’s death, so she really COULD pay this amount, but we’re just sickened by both parties involved.

Here’s what Katherine’s attorney, Diane Goodman, stated about the case in court documents:

"…petitioner (Katherine Jackson), contends that the amount of fees requested by Debbie Rowe is not reasonable. Wherefore, Petitioner requests that the petition for Approval for Attorney's Fees be denied if determined by the court to be unreasonable. Other relief be granted that the court deems just and proper."

Going up against Goodman will be Rowe’s attorney, Eric George, who represented Oksana Grigorieva during the beginning stages of her custody battle with MELtdown.

The hearing between these two wonderful individuals is scheduled for September 8.

Thoughts???
