Ebony Jackson Rendon has her daughter back!

It was almost one year ago that the 16 And Pregnant star and her husband Joshua Rendon lost custody of baby Jocelyn.

This isn't good.

Octo-Mom got a visit from Child Protective Services on Tuesday with accusations that she and her 14 kids were living in squalor.

Her hair stylist Stephanie made a call to cops after she made a visit to Nadya Suleman's house and saw that the children were living in disgusting conditions.

Graffiti was all over the walls, only one toilet was working, prompting children to poop in a potty training toilet outside.

Many of the children were seen barefoot, dirty, and wearing no pants.

The even more shocking part is that while Nadya was getting her hair done, Stephanie noticed that she had propped a chair against a door, locking her children in the bedroom.

Stephanie says:

"The kids are in desperate need of help, and I tried to help and she's not open to anyone helping her."

After Children's Services came out, they DID determine that the children are not in danger, but they WILL be doing follow-up visits.

Ugh.

Someone needs to intervene and help this woman out. It seems like she's just not allowing anyone to help her take care of her kids, which in turn is actually making things way more dangerous for them.

Glad to know she had time to get her hair did though.

There is SO much wrong with this! What parent duct tapes their toddler, insinuates that they hit their child, posts a pic of it on facebook AND ends it with a winky face?!?

Too bad for the 21-year-old father not all of his Facebook "friends" thought it was funny. According to our source, one buddy was kind enough to forward his Andre's post to the cops.

A Chicago police spokesman told The News that the 21-year-old father had not been arrested and that child protective services were involved. Hopfully CPS tied him up and beat him.

It's NEVER alright to tie up a child - and it's certainly not something to brag about!

The Indiana Child Protective Services has closed the case on Teen Mom's Amber Portwood investigation, which means the protective order that has prohibited her from seeing her 3-year-old daughter has been unresolved.

Oh Jesus.

That poor child.

Not only does he have to deal with his dad's drama, but now his mom's too.

Child Protective Services has told Jeremy London's estranged wife, Melissa Cunningham, to stay away from their four-year-old son, Lyrik, due to violence between the couple.

Both Jeremy and Melissa had an argument over their son and were told by CPS that he needed to be taken out of the home. He's currently living with Melissa's mother, who has had full adoptive custody for over a year.

An insider says:

"CPS got really concerned when they heard about the allegations of violence and all the drama surrounding the whole incident. They showed up at the home where Lyrik is living and made it clear that Melissa had to go.

It’s unclear how long Melissa was planning on staying, but CPS gave the ultimatum that she had to go or Lyrik would be removed. "

And what's even sadder is that Melissa may have provoked the incident to "create drama" for an upcoming reality show she's trying to pitch.

Sick!!!

The insider adds:

"Melissa has been recently contacted by a reality show wanting her to appear as a 'celebrity ex-wife.' She left messages with several of her friends and family members last week saying that the show wanted her to create conflict and drama between herself and Jeremy, and specifically they wanted her to create a scenario that makes Jeremy look bad."

Meanwhile, Jeremy's rep denies all allegations, saying:

"This is a false allegation and we understand that the police have to follow protocol in issuing an arrest warrant — standard when any woman files a complaint of domestic abuse. However, no such abuse occurred and these allegations will soon be proven false."

Unbelievable. Thank goodness Lyrik has his grandmother to stay with. These two are not fit to be parents.

Let's hope he gets to have some sort of normalcy in his life.
