As if Beyoncé, Salma Hayek, and Gucci's involvement in such a wonderful, important cause wasn't INCREDIBLE enough!

We reported a few months back that the diva, actress and fashion line's creative director Frida Giannini had co-founded the charity Chime for Change, which promotes education, health, and justice for women everywhere…and will even be hosting Sound of Change Live With Beyoncé, a fundraising concert in London on June 1st that will be simulcast around the world!

Awesome in its own right, yes?!

Well it got even more exciting - AND MYSTERIOUS - yesterday when the organization dropped quite a surprise on their Twitter page, which reads:

The Chime For Change campaign shows no signs of slowing down!

In a new video clip, co-founders Beyonce, Salma Hayek, and Gucci's Frida Giannini are joined by a host of Hollywood celebs, including Blake Lively, Freida Pinto, Halle Berry, Jada Pinkett Smith, John Legend, Katy Perry, Olivia Wilde and Zoe Saldana as they lend their considerable clout to promote the campaign.

It looks a wee bit chilly out there!

But even the cool London temps couldn't keep Salma Hayek from launching Gucci's Chime for Change on Tuesday.

The actress bundled up for the photocall in a black military coat that was worn over a burgundy dress, black tights and black platform pumps.

Very military chic!

Another day, another designer ensemble for Salma Hayek!

Looking like the fashionista she is, Salma attended the Chime for Change event in Long Beach on Thursday.

Since the campaign and event is co-sponsored by Gucci, Salma opted for a black peplum top with puff sleeves and pencil skirt from the brand.

Black peep toe heels and gold jewelry completed her business casual ensemble.

Maybe if Beyonce was by her side we could get a little excited about Salma's outfit, but she's not, so we're left feeling underwhelmed.

There are many reasons to love Beyonce, but her continued efforts to empower girls and women all over the world is definitely number one!

The singer has joined Salma Hayek and Gucci's creative director Frida Giannini for the Italian brand's new global campaign, Chime For Change, which seeks to raise funds and awareness for various projects that benefit women and girls the world over.
