Chris Norton has been in a wheelchair for the past five years.
Back in 2010, the high school senior was playing in a football game when he suffered a spinal cord injury that left him unable to walk.
Doctors told Chris that he'd be in a wheelchair for the rest of his life… but the class of '15 student was determined to prove them wrong by walking at graduation!
And with the help of his
girlfriend fiancée Emily Summers, Chris was able to master his five years of physical therapy and walk across the stage to accept his diploma on Sunday.
