We're glad this case was settled just in time for the holidays!
According to TMZ, Axl Rose and his ex-roadie Chris Pitman have finally reached a settlement in their ongoing legal battle.
As we previously reported, Pitman sued Rose a few months ago after he failed to pay $163K worth of services in 2012. Per the roadie's allegations, the rocker promised to give Chris the dough for his services once he had more money.
Now that Guns N' Roses is doing REALLY well these days thanks to a reunion tour, it's safe to say Axl has more than enough cash to reimburse his old pal. In fact, the band's concerts rakes in about $4 million each.
As for the settlement, the official terms of the agreement remain undisclosed. Sources close to the situation say the amount is less than Pitman's proposed amount of 163K.
