Louboutin & YSL Speak On Red Sole Ruling

After winning the case of the red soles over Yves Saint Laurent, Christian Louboutin is definitely breathing a lot easier.
Under a new ruling, Louboutin's red bottom trademark applies to all of his designs, except for all-red shoes, which gives YSL the right to continue to sell their monochrome pump.
YSL attorney, David Bernstein called the ruling a "stunning victory", adding
