The queen of court TV is about to get a taste of her own medicine!!!

Judge Judith Sheindlin is being sued after reportedly low-balling a Patric Jones for a sweet set of valuable china and flatware and she's going to have to pay up OR ELSE.

Patric had just gone through a nasty divorce with Judy's producer, Randy Douthit, and he got back at his estranged wife by selling the judge her Christofle tableware.

While the accuser claims the goods were worth $514,421.14, Judy only paid a measly $50,000 for them.

And neither the courtroom personality nor Randy told Patric of the sale.

Sounds pretty close to theft if you ask us, but we're sure the morally correct legal official had no idea.

Even if they are worth a pretty penny, that sounds like A LOT of drama for some plates. Patric has probably been watching too much Judge Judy. LOLz!
