Check out the theatrical trailer for Red Lights, which stars the actor as a legendary psychic who reappears after a 30 year absence and attracts the attention of two paranormal hoax investigators, played by Sigourney Weaver and Cillian Murphy (above)!
As you can imagine, things start getting SPOOKY SCARY pretty fast!

Christopher Nolan just LOVES Cillian Murphy!
The Dark Knight Rises director has used Cillian in Inception and BOTH Batman movies…and now the two are teaming up once again.

This isn't exactly what we expected, but we think if anyone can make it work, HE definitely can!
Reports are circulating that Tom Hardy's mystery roles as a villain in Christopher Nolan's upcoming The Dark Knight Rises has been revealed to be a character from the graphic novel Prey, a deranged police psychiatrist named Dr. Hugo Strange!
According to his story, which is apparently the baseline for his part in the flick, Strange uses hypnotherapy to turn police officers into vigilantes to try and draw Batman out of hiding!
Inneresting!
But don't you think this feels a little too similar to Cillian Murphy's role in the first two films?
We suppose we won't know for sure until more details about the story start emerging!

You know, we find Cillian Murphy creepily sexy and we're kind of excited to see him in more roles.
Cillian has just been casted alongside Justin Timberlake in then new sci-fi thriller I’m.mortal. Along with Minge Seyfried, the trio will tackle the story of the distant future, where scientists have devised a way to stop the aging process, but have created a world of corruption and greed for said immortality.
Sounds right up Cillian's ally. If only Leonardo DiCaprio could swoop in and steal Timberpussy's role. Then maybe JT's ego would get bruised and he would return to music, where he belongs!!!
