You have to watch this video, and see Dergin Tokmak give one hell of a dance routine even though he's been left partially paralyzed from the waist down.

He's 37, a former breakdancer and Cirque du Soleil performer — and suffered from polio as a child.

Nothing can slow this man's passion, such an inspirational clip.

It's OFFICIAL! Madonna Performing At Super Bowl XLVI Halftime Show!!!

Madonna offically performing at Super Bowl

AHH!!! So stoked for this!!!

As we heard before, Madonna had beaten Lady GaGa as the top choice to perform during this year's Super Bowl, but now it is OFFICIAL!

As announced during last night's NFL broadcast on NBC, The Material Girl will be headlining the Bridgestone Super Bowl XLVI Halftime Show at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on Sunday, February 5.

Get ready for one hell of a show because it was announced that she'll be teaming up with her longtime choreographer Jamie King, PLUS the creative minds behind Cirque du Soleil to make this year's show unforgettable!

We don't know how or why it took this long to get one of the biggest musical acts EVER to perform at one of the biggest events ever, but this is a show that CAN'T be missed!

David Beckham Enjoys Cirque Du Soleil's IRIS With Other Famous Faces

David Beckham had a dudes night out on Saturday with his three boys Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz.

The family enjoyed Cirque du Soleil's production of IRIS at the Kodak Theatre in El Lay, but Becks wasn't the only famous face in the audience.

Taylor Lautner watched the show for the THIRD time, while Glee's Dianna Agron attended as well for the first time.

The celebs joined a few of the performers backstage for a group photo and David even signed a few soccer balls for his fans.

It may not be the last the IRIS performers will see of him backstage either. David enjoyed the show so much that he promised his family would be back again!

Exercise Tips From Cirque Du Soleil Performers!

Considering the shape that these performers are in, we think we'll take any advice they have to give!

Stacey Magiera and Caroline Sicard, who are acrobats and dancers (respectively) with Cirque du Soleil, have opened up about various techniques and tips that they employ to keep themselves in top shape, and want to share their fitness wealth with the world!

Here are some HIGHlights:

"Do snail-paced, controlled reps. You'll increase the time your muscles are working against the resistance, and speed up your results. Try 5 counts up and 5 counts down."

"If I feel tension in my back or soreness in my legs, I massage it out with a foam roller or ice the muscle immediately. Letting the pain go can make you skip workouts, or worse, lead to an injury."

"Before I buy a snack, I always read the calorie and fat content. I nix it if it's over 200 calories or has any trans-fat."

"We perform two shows a night, so in between I fuel up with a high-energy snack. I like fresh elk jerky—a dried, super-lean meat—because it's low-cal, high in protein, incredibly tasty, and won't make my belly bulge."

"We're always adding new tricks, flips, and moves that make the show more fun to watch. You can do the same thing with your workouts by constantly adding fresh exercises and routines."

As to be expected, amazing advice!

We can't imagine that we'd be able to move the way they do with just those pointers, but they certainly know what they're talking about, and we're sure it shows in their performances!
