Emma Stone is having a seriously tough week!
At least with the LAW, anyway!
The actress was with boyfriend Andrew Garfield when he was pulled over for speeding in Malibu earlier in the week, and yesterday, she suffered the same FATE!
Ch-ch-check out a shot of her as she received a citation for her lead foot (above)!
Tisk, tisk, tisk!
Not good, gurl!
Let's not go for round three anytime soon, okay?

Yeesh! Tough break!
No one is above the law, not even the boys of One Direction!
And unfortunately, member Louis Tomlinson learned that lesson the hard way when he was pulled over and cited for speeding this past weekend…while on his way to perform at the V Festival in Chelmsford!
Guess the "rushing to not disappoint his fans" excuse didn't fly, either, because although he was only going 48mph in a 40mph zone, the 20-year-old received three points on his license and an £80 fine…which would equal to around $130 in the states!
A source reveals:

Justin Bieber may have been pulled over on Friday for driving over 100mph on the 101 Freeway, but apparently, he is NOT taking the fall alone!
As we reported, the pop sensation was being tailed by multiple paparazzi when the incident occurred, some of whom were riding the shoulder to try and keep up with him, but Biebs was apparently so freaked about

Okay, maybe she's not in that much trouble but Amanda Bynes still did a illegal no-no!
An El Lay cop pulled Amanda over for talking on her cell phone while driving. The officer took her information and returned to her car with a ticket, standard procedure, right?
Wrong! Amanda bolted before he could give it to her!
Police didn't chase her down as she wasn't a threat…and she did stop by the station to pick it up later. But, Amanda could still face charges for fleeing the scene.
We hope wherever she had to go in such a hurry was worth it!

It was some pretty bad timing for Jay-Z's 40/40 Club when the health inspector came moments after a fridge's motor died.
The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene cited the club for several health code violations, several of which were about food being stored at the wrong temperatures.
But a rep for the club said that it was all because of that fridge motor that blew right before the inspector arrived. He said the staff never actually intended to serve any of the food from that fridge to customers.
He said the fridge was promptly fixed and the club reopened a day later.
Their health code grade is currently under review.
Maybe if Jay was spending less time with his new daughter and more time doing refrigerator maintenance, he wouldn't have these sort of troubles.
We are OBVIOUSLY joking, btw.

Well, this isn't something you hear every day!
DMX was pulled over last week by authorities, but this time - he was let go!
According to law enforcement, the rapper received a citation for not wearing a seat belt while driving with his assistant in Hollywood, but that was it!

Why are we not surprised that he never spoke about THIS aspect of the incident?
Back in May, we were very sad to hear that Sean Kingston was in a near-fatal jet ski accident.
Then last month, Sean opened up about the accident, but never took the blame for everything that went down.
Now, according to a newly released police report, Sean himself was to blame for the jet-ski accident due to his "inexperience" and "inattention."
This is actually not a HUGE surprise. Back when he was first injured, a spokesman for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission said the following about the accident:
