Okay, maybe she's not in that much trouble but Amanda Bynes still did a illegal no-no!
An El Lay cop pulled Amanda over for talking on her cell phone while driving. The officer took her information and returned to her car with a ticket, standard procedure, right?
Wrong! Amanda bolted before he could give it to her!
Police didn't chase her down as she wasn't a threat…and she did stop by the station to pick it up later. But, Amanda could still face charges for fleeing the scene.
We hope wherever she had to go in such a hurry was worth it!

It was some pretty bad timing for Jay-Z's 40/40 Club when the health inspector came moments after a fridge's motor died.
The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene cited the club for several health code violations, several of which were about food being stored at the wrong temperatures.
But a rep for the club said that it was all because of that fridge motor that blew right before the inspector arrived. He said the staff never actually intended to serve any of the food from that fridge to customers.
He said the fridge was promptly fixed and the club reopened a day later.
Their health code grade is currently under review.
Maybe if Jay was spending less time with his new daughter and more time doing refrigerator maintenance, he wouldn't have these sort of troubles.
We are OBVIOUSLY joking, btw.

Why are we not surprised that he never spoke about THIS aspect of the incident?
Back in May, we were very sad to hear that Sean Kingston was in a near-fatal jet ski accident.
Then last month, Sean opened up about the accident, but never took the blame for everything that went down.
Now, according to a newly released police report, Sean himself was to blame for the jet-ski accident due to his "inexperience" and "inattention."
This is actually not a HUGE surprise. Back when he was first injured, a spokesman for the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission said the following about the accident:

Rodney King just can't catch a break.
He was pulled over by police on Wednesday, just one day before the 20th anniversary of his infamous beating that was caught on tape.
Police in Arcadia, Calif. received a complaint when King was spotted driving recklessly in a green Mistubishi. Cops pulled him over and cited him for driving with an expired license. He was then released from the scene.
King reportedly called a friend to drive him home.
Wow. We really can't believe the irony with this guy. Although, with his troubled past, we do kinda feel for him.
Thoughts??

Uh-oh! There's more to Montel than we thought!
Former talk show host Montel Williams was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia at an airport in Wisconsin yesterday.
Montel, who is also a known medical marijuana activist, had a pipe on his person as he attempt to pass through security check. The Milwaukee County sheriff's office says he paid the $484 citation and was released to continue his travel.
Eh, no harm, no foul. We know full well that he smokes weed to help with his multiple sclerosis, so its not really a big shock he was caught with it. No doubt, though, this will up his activist game to push for better laws concerning the use of medical marijuana.

How many times has this been now??
Suge Knight was arrested Friday night and spent the night in jail after a warrant was isued for his arrest for failing to appear in court.
Knight was scheduled to appear in a hearing on Nov. 23 in relation to a charge of driving on a suspended license and running a stop sign back in September.
He was booked at the West Hollywood police station after a $40,000 bench warrant was issued. He was given a citation and was released after agreeing to show up for his next court hearing.
This is the second time THIS YEAR that he's arrested for missing a court date.
Can he really be that THAT forgetful???
