If you didn't know that the Tonight Show wasn't shot in New York, then you probably don't care a whole lot about how awesome it'll be to have Jimmy Fallon hosting… with the show right back in the Big Apple!

If you DO care, this news couldn't get more exciting!!

The show started in 1954 in NYC, so having it come home alongside a major shake-up with the host feels right. Though there's no firm deal in place quite yet, Jimmy HAS been promised the seat is his — we just need to hear if Leno is out sooner rather than later!

The only problem with this is that we've been through all this before, with Conan. Hopefully they don't screw Jimmy over too! LOLz!

X Factor Announces Its Season Three Audition Cities! Find Out Where They're Stopping HERE!

It’s that time of the year again, Perezcious readers and superstar hopefuls!

X Factor has officially announced which cities they’ll be stopping in for their open call auditions for season three!

El Lay singers and vocal groups who are 12 and over better start warming up those vocal chords, because auds will soon kick off on USC’s campus on Wednesday, March 6th!

The open call will then continue in Charleston, New Orleans, Long Island and will conclude in Denver in May!

However, if you can’t make it to any of those cities, you can still audition online on the X Factor’s website until June 15th!

Mysterious Advertising Campaign Proclaims 'Hipsters Deserve To Die'

This advertising campaign should get the attention of just about anyone who comes into contact with it.

Mysterious posters popping up in major cities around the United States declare that hipsters, cat lovers, the genetically privileged and crazy old aunts "deserve to die."

Some are confused by the unusual posters, while others are downright offended. In reference to the "cat lovers" poster, one Chicago woman was quoted as saying, "I think that's very offensive to people who are animal lovers."

We imagine that's the point though. One quick look at the campaign's website URL reveals that NoOneDeservesToDie(.org)! While some are up in arms over the "offensive" nature of the campaign, they may not realize that its goal is to raise awareness for a deadly disease that "doesn't discriminate."

For the few that haven't figured it out yet, it means that regardless of the various labels society slaps on our back, NONE of us deserve to die! The site reads:

Ouch!

It's a tough job market everywhere, but we'd suggest getting out of these areas if you're unemployed and looking for a job!

Check out the top ten US metropolitan areas in which it is the most difficult to get a job, out of the 50 largest U.S. metropolitan areas by population…AFTER THE JUMP!

But hey! There's hope!

According to Paul Forster, the CEO of Indeed.com, there HAS been improvement over the last 12 months!

He explains:

"Of the 10 cities with the most population per job posting, there are 62 percent more jobs on average than a year ago."

Just gotta keep at it, and try not to get too discouraged! We're getting there, guys!
