Back in 2008, Barrett illicitly filmed Andrews in her hotel room without her knowledge, putting together some raunchy tapes that horribly invaded her privacy.

Ensuing lawsuits wound through the courts for years, and if you remember from March, Andrews was awarded a whopping $55 million in a civil suit against Barrett and Marriott Hotels.

The blonde bombshell was ecstatic that justice was done at the time, but very quickly, it appeared that

Wade Robson Reaching Out To The Housekeeper Who Testified That Michael Jackson Abused Him For Help In New Lawsuit!

wade robson sex abuse housekeeper

As more shocking and disturbing details emerge from Wade Robson's claims that he was, in fact, sexually abused by Michael Jackson for seven years during his childhood and adolescence, it appears that the woman who first spoke of his possible molestation at the hands of the pop icon during his 2005 trial will now be detrimental to this most recent civil lawsuit…even though the choreographer claimed she was LYING back then!

As you may recall, Blanca Francia worked as a housekeeper at the Neverland Ranch, where Jackson resided, back in the late 1980s. During the 2005 molestation trial, she testified that she saw Michael showering with Wade back when he was 7 or 8, and although she couldn't see what was happening because of steam from the water, she heard her boss laughing.

Of course, Wade's testimony at the time

Oksana To Sue Mel In Civil Lawsuit

Just when we thought it was almost over.

Oksana Grigorieva and her lawyer Daniel Horowitz are sticking with their plan to sue Mel Gibson in a civil lawsuit.

When asked if Mel's no contest plea might have changed their minds, Horowitz said, "Our position hasn't changed." They will claim battery, emotional distress and defamation.

Unfortunately for Oksana, Mel's no contest plea in their criminal case will not help her in a civil lawsuit since Mel did not admit to guilt.

This just seems really unnecessary. But now it seems that Oksana really is looking for some sort of monetary compensation.

Judge Says Civil Lawsuit Against Lindsay Lohan Is "Weak"

The legal woes just won't end for Lindsay Lohan.

Luckily for her though, a judge in her civil case connected to her 2007 DUI arrest has said that the allegations made against her are "weak."

LiLo's civil attorney, Ed McPherson says that the judge recognized that the young men's claim of "battery" were not that strong, adding:

"For instance, they have a claim for 'battery,' which is what most people would construe as one person punching another person. The judge acknowledged that Lindsay never even touched any of the boys, but that somebody, somewhere, might construe what she did as a 'battery.'"

At least that's one thing going in the girl's favor. The trial is set to begin April 25, 2011.
