Woman Sues Olay For Not Getting Rid Of Her Wrinkles

Olay is a lying liar who lies — allegedly.

An El Lay woman has filed a class-action lawsuit against the beauty company's parent company Procter & Gamble, claiming the ads for Olay's Regenerist Anti-Aging Eye Roller and Regenerating Eye Cream are built on false promises.

Lorette Perez-Pirio also accuses P&G of knowing their products "do not possess the requisite competent and reliable scientific evidence to substantiate their bold claims", but continue to sell them anyway.

And for kicks and giggles she called both companies "snake oil salesmen".

Way to go for the turkey neck jugular, Lorette! That'll show 'em!

A not so wrinkle-free Perez-Pirio is seeking injunctive relief and restitution not just for her, but any and all customers who bought that product starting in May 2008.

Vita Coco Coconut Water Faces $5 Million Lawsuit

Vita Coco water

Following the revelation that Vita Coco coconut water isn't as hydrating as the beverage's nutrition label claims, the company has been slapped with a $5 million PLUS class-action lawsuit!

See kids! This is why you should never lie!

The suit alleges a "confidential witness" says the company behind the drink, All Market Inc., "knew or should have known" that the electrolytes were between 35%-82% lower than its nutrition label "for years."

The court papers that accuse All Market Inc. of deceptive trade practices, false advertising and fraud, continued to read:

"This witness was specifically told that the packaging used and preservatives in Vita Coco products degrade the nutritional contents."

The lawsuit doesn't seem to be intimidating the company, as a spokesman denied the damaging accusations, saying:

"We are confident that Vita Coco continues to be an excellent, all natural source of hydration and that our products' nutrition labels are accurate and in compliance with the FDA. In fact, Vita Coco coconut water is regularly reviewed by an independent third party to ensure the electrolyte levels stated on our nutritional label are consistent with the amount in our coconut water."

We wonder how the company's celebrity investors Madonna, Demi Moore, and Rihanna feel about this!
