Okay, okay, we can understand if there are kids around. Apparently police in Springfield are looking for a man jogging nude after a bunch of complaints were launched. They can't find him, though, which seems like it'd be the easiest thing in the world.

We don't know why, but that type of bag always gives us a 'there are body parts in here' kind of vibe. Which is weird, because we NEVER get that vibe from NPH, as he's the nicest dude in Hollywood!

Though… he looks awfully protective of it…

It probably just has his iPad in it or something. LOLz!

Even though Lindsay Lohan may be carted off to jail for a year, girl is looking cute as a winter coat button in her fuzzy cold weather wear while battling the frigid winds in NYC (above)!

And sister Ali Lohan was also spotted strolling through Manhattan donning a sweet camel pea coat, looking MUCH healthier and fuller than when we saw her last (above)!

We wonder if the sistaaahhhs were heading out to meet up for some sibling lovin'?! Tooooo cute.
