Ali Larter went in for a yoga session in Hollywood yesterday, and as soon as she was done working out her seksi bod, she went to Clover to grab a scrumptious smoothie!!

The Obsessed actress certainly knows how to pick a great workout because yoga is not only good for keeping you looking like a star, but it also improves your posture, gives you more energy and helps you sleep like a baby.

No wonder Larter loves her some yoga!
