A more than well deserved honor!
Last night, Taylor Swift walked away with a top prize at the CMA Awards. She won her second CMA Entertainer of the Year trophy and took the moment to thank all the other artists who performed with her along the way this summer on tour. This was after she performed what we can only assume will be her next single, Ours, quite beautifully for the crowd.
Other winners of the night included newlyweds Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton for Female Vocalist and Male Vocalist for the second consecutive year, Jason Aldean, who won his first two CMA Awards for Musical Event of the Year with Kelly Clarkson, and Album of the Year for My Kinda Party and The Band Perry who won their first Awards for Single of the Year for "If I Die Young" and New Artist of the Year.
Check out the jump to see a full list of winners! Congrats to all!

Now this is more like it.
On Thursday night, Nicole Kidman redeemed herself at the New York premiere of Rabbit Hole following a tragic display at the CMAs.
The Aussie walked the red carpet with hubby Keith Urban in a lovely dark blue Clements Ribeiro dress.
We're not crazy about the shoes, but overall Nicole looks great!

ABC's telecast of the 44th annual Country Music Awards did win the highest ratings of the night, but it was pretty sad compared to years past.
The show brought in 16.5 million viewers and a 4.7 preliminary rating among adults 18-49, which means the ratings dropped 11 percent from last year.
But even ratings amongst rivals fell significantly!
Wasn't anyone watching TV last night?!

The CMAs had most of the TV audience on Wednesday night, but the CW came in a close second with its surprise hit Hellcats.
In just one week, the show has a 31 percent rise in women 18-34 and 20 percent rise in adults 18-34.
Impressive.
