Who cares if it's winter, if we were Ashley Tisdale we'd want to show off our legs too!

The actress did just that in a black mini dress while shopping with her mom in Beverly Hills on Thursday.

If we had to guess, it was mama Tisdale's idea for her to wear a Free People parka with stud and metallic embroidered embellishments over it because no one likes being sick during the holidays!

Ashley finished off her commanding ensemble with black and gold Cobra Society booties and a Chibi Jewels moon pendant necklace.

She must have been on a shopping mission because she didn’t crack a smile one single time.

It’s okay though because holiday shopping is no joke!
