Being a mom to a precocious 7-year-old, Courteney Cox knows a thing or two about juggling work and motherhood.
But, the actress also makes time to lend her support for the Epidermolysis Bullosa Medical Research Foundation, which is a rare genetic skin disorder that affects many children.
Patients who have the disease develop large large and painful boils and blisters all over their bodies.
"Whatever I can do to ever get the word out about this, I like to get involved."
And so does her daughter, Coco. Court adds:
"I've taken her on quite a few events that we have for EB, and she loves them. [Her school is] good at teaching about giving back everywhere. If it's not getting across at home, it will be at school. She can't miss it."
She sounds like an adorable little girl. And how sweet is it that she's following in her mom's footsteps of wanting to do good for others. So cute!
