Someone being killed on a movie set is a nightmare most people in Hollywood don't have to wake up to.

Fortunately for the sake of the cast and crew of Deadpool 2, they have a strong leader in producer/star Ryan Reynolds.

This is horrible!

A stuntwoman was killed after a motorcycle accident while filming a scene for Deadpool 2 in Vancouver on Monday.

According to witnesses, the performer was filming a scene when she lost control of the bike, jumped the curb, and crashed through the window of Shaw Tower. Witnesses say it doesn't look like she ever applied the brakes.

Police say the woman, whose name has not yet been released, was treated by emergency workers but died on the scene.

The motorcycle has been identified as the same model being ridden by Domino, the new character being played by Zazie Beetz, as seen in set photos last week:

Fans Lose Their Shit As Ryan Reynolds Shares The First Pic Of Josh Brolin As Cable From Deadpool 2!

Deadpool ends with a post-credits scene in which the titular antihero teases that longtime X-Men comic book fan favorite Cable would be joining him in the sequel.

Spoiler alert? Well, whatever, too late now.

With the exception of possibly casting Keira Knightley (we heard she wasn't even in the final three!), the Merc with the Mouth made good on his promise.

It's been a rough week for The Walking Dead — so much so they considered canceling their appearance at San Diego Comic-Con altogether.

Instead, according to moderator Chris Hardwick, the cast decided to carry on their tradition for the fans.

Hardwick, who also hosts aftershow Talking Dead, began the Fear The Walking Dead panel with a moment of silence for stuntman John Bernecker, who passed away last week after a stunt gone wrong.

Ben Affleck Reportedly Done Playing Batman!

no title

Batfleck, we hardly knew ye!

Warner Bros. is finally on the right track to roll out a successful DC movie universe that rivals Marvel — but it looks like the Justice League might already be starting to disassemble.

The studio is reportedly planning for a future of Batman movies without Ben Affleck, and is working to "gracefully" usher the movie star out of the franchise altogether!

Related: Ben Affleck Stepping Down As Director For The Batman

According to The Hollywood Reporter, WB is moving forward with plans to make a new Batman trilogy from director Matt Reeves, which the studio claims it still wants Affleck to star in.

But their inside source says the studio is secretly working on plans to get rid of Affleck's Batman within an upcoming DC movie, either having him retire or, more likely, killed off for the sake of continuity in the overall DC story arc.

In the comics, other characters have taken up the cape at times, including former sidekick Dick Grayson; could this be related to rumors WB is in talks with Armie Hammer, who was cast as Batman back in 2009 in George Miller's ill-fated Justice League movie? Are they preparing him to take over?? Hmm…

THR cites Affleck's age as a major reason for the potential change. He's currently 45 years old and would be approaching 50 around the time The Batman — which has still yet to be written, btw — comes out in 2019 (or later).

No matter what happens, be prepared for a major shake-up in the DC movie universe!

Say hello to the friendliest neighborhood Spider-Man yet!

Superhero fans have been approaching the latest Spidey reboot with reasonable caution — we mean, it was only a few years ago when Andrew Garfield played the masked superhero.

But we're happy to report that critics are falling in love with Spider-Man: Homecoming — now officially tied in with the Marvel Cinematic Universe — as this time around, old cobwebs have been replaced with fresh, amazing new additions. (Financed by Tony Stark, of course.)

Critics were mostly impressed by the merging of action with all the teen drama and youthful sass straight out of a John Hughes movie, and Tom Holland holds the adolescent thread together with his wide-eyed, aw-shucks take on the beloved web-slinger.

Eat your heart out, Tobey Maguire!

Ch-ch-check out our review roundup (below) and catch Spider-Man: Homecoming in theaters July 7!
