Donald Faison About To Get Scrubbed? Sued For Screwing Agents Out Of Commission!

donald faison sued for not paying commission

Naughty, naughty boy!

Everyone in Hollywood knows you gotta pay your people!

But it seems Donald Faison might’ve thought he could get around that leeeettle technicality.

After United Talent Agency scored him a $75,000 per episode deal with Scrubs, they were supposed to receive 10% for each payment he received.

But noooow, UTA is suing Donald as they claim he stopped payments to the agency after the third episode of the ninth and final season!

Oh shizz! Hollywood don't like that kind of business, boy!

But that’s not the only payment he's accused of stiffing his agents on…yup, there's mooore!

He supposedly

Dark Knight Director Christopher Nolan Is Suing Past And Present Agencies Over Commission!

Christopher Nolan is the LAST person in Hollywood we ever expected to get into greedy legal dramz over money.

Fortunately, the Dark Knight Rises director's image is safe because he's not suing for any money. He's just suing to be left alone!

The blockbuster filmmaker and his producer/wife, Emma Thomas, filed a lawsuit in El Lay on Thursday to ask courts to decide a monetary conflict between CAA — Nolan's former agency — and his current agency, WME.

WME wants commission from movies that were initially brought into the studio system by CAA, while the latter still says it's owed money from those movies as well.

Nolan and Thomas are willing to pay whoever is legally owed the money, but just want to get out of the conflict they are stuck in the middle of.

Geez. This is, like, the nicest lawsuit ever! LOLz!

Cougar Town Star Christa Miller Sued By Manager For Unpaid Commi$$ion$

Meow!

Cougar Town star Christa Miller is being sued by her manager Jill Littman for $200,000 in unpaid commissions.

The manager not only claims she helped her get the job on the show, but she's basically saying that Miller exploited her into landing the gig.

Littman does say that she was paid her 10% for the first season, but then payments that were apparently promised to her stopped coming after that.

So tacky! And here's why…

Taylor Swift's Former Manager Is Suing Her!

taylor-swift-sued-by-former-manager-dan-dymtrow

Taylor Swift's alleged former manager, Dan Dymtrow, is suing the cutie pie because he claims that he discovered her when she was 14, and when he introduced her to Big Machine CEO Scott Borchetta, he got screwed out of his 5%-10% commission and only received $10k for his contributions to her career!

His lawyer, Fernando Pinguelo, says:

"They delayed and delayed [the deal] and got rid of my client and subsequently signed the deal and kept his commissions for themselves."

However, Swift's lawyer, Paul LiCalsi, alleges:

"For him to claim that her success and her major contracts were procured by him is ludicrous. Even if there were some merit to his claims, paying him on the contract would defeat the whole purpose of the law in New York, which is to protect minors who sign contracts."

According to them, Dymtrow never even obtained the proper legal documents to actually sign as her manager!

Sounds like this is just a case of sour grapes to us!

Ha! Good luck trying to prove that case, then!
