The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has formally stripped a gold medal from American cyclist Tyler Hamilton!

He won the medal in the 2004 Athens road race time trial but ever since admitting to blood doping the IOC has been moving to take the medal back.

He's ba-ack!

Johnny Weir revealed recently that he plans to compete in the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia!

While attending the David Yurman fashion preview in NYC last week, he said:

“I would love to, and am hoping to, compete in Sochi! You don’t get to the Olympics by not being great.”

Excellent! We'd love to see him take home the gold this time!
