What’s in a name? Apparently a lot of offended customers, if said name is Celebutard!
Sephora has been selling "Celebutard" lipstick from Kat Von D's Painted Love line, and has received a plethora of complaints from organizations like Down Syndrome Uprising, Family Member, Inclusion BC, and All About Developmental Disabilities about the insensitive name choice.
"Celebutard" is apparently a mashup of the words "celebrity" and "retard," which has prompted major concern from many customers.
Kim Stagliano, managing editor of Age of Autism, voiced the following:

We're sure the kind of people who were calling to complain about marathon noise during the San Francisco Nike Women's Marathon were NOT the kind of people who would think getting directed to a phone sex hotline was hilarious!
They'd be wrong, though! That shizz is TOTES hilarious!
The race’s 5:30 a.m. music and announcements on Sunday annoyed quite a few people who want to live as boring as possible lives, so they called the city’s 311 line. It told residents to instead call

Pornographic, shameful and vulgar…
Those are just a few choice words on display in 150 offcial FCC complaints Miley Cyrus received following her epic bump and grind sesh with Robin Thicke at the VMAs!
Mileybird and her history-making twerkfest helped the Video Music Awards reach 10.1 million viewers on August 25, but also stirred up maJOR controversy!
Some are comparing it to the Super Bowl nipple-gate of 2004, which prompted a $550,000 fine that was eventually thrown out!
One of the FCC complainers exclaimed:

Chris Brown is all too familiar with the police.
And earlier this week, he got even MORE familiar with them because they reportedly stopped by his house!
Apparently, even though Breezy's graffiti monsters are gone from outside his house, his neighbors are still upset with him.
One neighbor was so upset they supposedly called the cops to complain about Breezy and his friends talking too loudly outside around 3 in the morning!
But here's where it gets really cray cray…

We know Beebs likes to indulge in sticky-icky now and again — as was evidenced by recent leaked snaps of the star — but it seems Justin Bieber's weed-smoking ways have starting to annoy others…
Such as the Upper East Side's swanky Carlyle Hotel, who received complaints that "a strong smell" was wafting from Justin's room!
Bieberino stayed at the Carlyle in November while he worked the Victoria's Secret fashion, and apparently some guests were even asked to move from his floor because smoke was drifting through the hallways!
BUT, Justin's camp is claiming BULL POO on these allegations, and apparently it's been confirmed that the smoke was coming from a different rockstar's rooms!

Hollywood must not pay that well!
An extra from Men In Black 3 filed a suit against Columbia Pictures, Amblin Entertainment, and pretty much everyone and their mom who was involved with her costume!
Danika Gerner claims the wardrobe provided by the costume department was "dangerous" and the movie execs were "negligent in failing to take suitable precautions".
Danika never actually goes into detail about her "serious" body injuries, only that she is still in pain from the so called abuse.
Maybe MIB3 should've given Danika Gerner a lead role ($$$) to avoid
shenanigans a lawsuit!
Do U think Danika Gerner is telling the truth or just trying to make some extra cash?!?
