He's in, he's out!

Sure, we JUST found out that Gerard Butler was in rehab for the past three weeks for substance abuse issues with pain meds (and also, possibly cocaine addiction), but now his rep has confirmed that he is officially done and has left rehab.

His spokesperson says:

Just as we suspected! Her last-ditch attempt to appear as though she's taking her probation remotely seriously!

Despite Lindsay Lohan maintaining that she's been in compliance this entire time - she just was never PHOTOGRAPHED on the days she did her community service, etc. - the hard pAArtying former actress was spotted slithering into her required shoplifter's course last night!

Well, isn't that something?

Especially because her people have maintained that she already completed it!

Sigh. Does she even KNOW how to tell the truth anymore?

Just throw the book at her, Judge Stephanie. Enough is enough!

David Arquette has completed treatment and checked out of rehab.

The actor checked himself into rehab over the New Year's weekend for alcohol and other issues.

Good for him. So glad he was able to complete the program. Let's hope he takes things slow and continues with his sobriety.
