Gallagher has suffered another heart attack — this time a mild one.

The comedian was JUST released from the hospital four days before (also for a heart attack), and had a mild heart attack when he ran out of his medication.

Apparently as soon as he ran out of his heart medication (why he wouldn't have a TON of it after being in the hospital is beyond us), he began to feel like he was having another heart attack — so luckily he rushed over to the hospital.

Here's what his rep said:

"Gallagher suffered a mild heart attack today at a hospital in Sedona due to complications from his previous heart attack. He is awake and resting comfortably now."

We bet he's tired of being in there! We would be too!

Get him enough meds this time!

This story is so absurdly crazy, we don't even know where to begin!

Okay, so, there's this person — Oneal Ron Morris — who is a transgendered male, and is being accused of performing the unlicensed and pretty much insane procedure on at least one victim.

What was the procedure??

A $700 injection to give the unidentified victim more booty.

An injection of what??

Cement, super glue, mineral oil and Fix-A-Flat tire inflator and sealant.

This borders on the stupidest thing we've ever heard. Why, even if you're a fake doctor, would you not know that those things are a dumb idea to implant?!

Furthermore, why, even as a "victim", WOULD YOU EVER HAVE AN UNLICENSED PROCEDURE DONE? Let alone one for $700 bucks just to get your booty to be extra whatever, who knows?

Not surprisingly, she ended up in the hospital with severe complications. And Oneal was then arrested.

At least she's off the streets and no longer convincing idiots to get the Butt Poppin' Special.

We're not sure it was called that, but we feel like it would be a missed opportunity if it wasn't. Ha!

Just check out that pic up there of the "doctor." Wow, nevermind, we would have mistaken her for a licensed professional too.

CBS icon Andy Rooney - who only stopped appearing on 60 Minutes at the beginning of October after a nearly 60 year stint, passed away last night due to "serious complications" following a minor surgery at the age of 92.

Executive producer Jeff Fager says in a statement:

"It's a sad day for everybody here at CBS News … it's hard to imagine not having Andy around. He loved his life and he lived it on his own terms. We will miss him very much."

So sad.

We're just comforted to know that he was able to stay at a job he loved right until the very end.

Our thoughts go out to all of his friends, family, and loved ones.

May he R.I.P.

We're still so sad about Steve Jobs passing away.

The latest news is that he died due to respiratory arrest from complications originating from a pancreatic tumor at 3 pm Wednesday in his home in Palo Alto.

He was also buried in Palo Alto, on Friday.

Steve was only 56.

We wish there was something that could have been done.

Our thoughts are with his family.

Smart move!

Although Brooke Mueller was reportedly heading to a rehab center in Mexico to battle her cocaine addiction, we've now gotten word that she decided to go to a facility in the US instead, because she got cold feet about using a controversial hallucinogenic used in the country that supposedly helps stop drug cravings, even though it's illegal here!

According to sources, the Mexican rehab would have put her on Ibogaine, but she had complications even making her flight TWICE - once, after getting into a fight with a flight attendant, as we reported, and the second because she forgot her passport - and she decided that this was a sign that the treatment would not be good for her!
