Conan O'Brien's dream is finally coming true!

A real masturbating bear was discovered NBC is finally forcing Jay Leno to leave the Tonight Show — for real.

Jay's contract expires in 2014, and there are rumblings that the network is ready to hand the show over to someone that appeals to a younger audience.
