This is just terrible!

As we previously reported, Halle Berry had to be rushed to the hospital after a stunt sequence went horribly wrong while she filmed The Hive.

Gurl actually bumped her head on the concrete! THE CONCRETE!!! Ouch is an understatement…

And though all seems well now, we're now hearing she was rushed to the emergency room because she immediately began throwing up after the fall.

That's a clear sign of a concussion! And that shiz is not pretty!!!

An ambulance rushed Halle Berry to an El Lay emergency room from her movie set last night!!

She bumped her head on the concrete during a stunt sequence for The Hive — but thankfully, the injury wasn't too serious!
