As we reported back in 2011, Brooke Mueller pressed charges against The Canyon at Peace Park, the rehab facility at which she was treated in February of 2010, for intrusion into private affairs and violating her constitutional rights to privacy as well as fraud, negligent hiring, negligent supervision and infliction of emotional distress, as she asserts that staffers there leaked information about her stay there to the press!

It seems as if Fear Factor's donkey semen episode is getting talked about even more for NOT airing than it would if it had actually been shown as was originally planned.

After one of the semen chugging contestants spoke out about the donkey stunt and gave some of the gory details about the spunk swallowing episode, NBC has threatened serious legal action.

The contestant spoke about how horrible chugging the semen was because it had been left out in hot sun all day.

Omg. We just gagged.

After she was going to appear on camera for a live interview NBC immediately threatened to enforce the confidentiality agreement in her contract and has shut down any communication with the media in regards to the episode.

Apparently all the other contestants have also been told to keep their mouths shut.

We think if they don't want publicity, they are doing the exact opposite of laying low.

Obnoxious famewhore Real Housewife Bethenny Frankel is so apparently so concerned about her wedding photos that she doesn't approve leaking to the press that she's having her guests sign a confidentiality agreement banning them from taking pics during the ceremony!!

WTF??

God forbid your baby belly is snapped at the wrong angle, right, bb??

Sorry to burst your bubble, but we doubt anyone's that interested!!
