It's that time of year again!

While mamma Angie is working on her directorial debut, a love story set in Bosnia, Shiloh, Pax and Maddox Jolie-Pitt have all reportedly started school on location in Budapest!

According to a source, parents and teachers surrounding the kids have all had to sign strict confidentiality agreements that will prevent them from speaking to the press. If they do not abide, parents could be subject to fine and their child could even be suspended!

Serious business!

We certainly hope no one tries to disrupt the children's while they're just trying to go to school!

That would just be so disappointing!

This story is getting uglier and uglier!

Casey Affleck is currently in some serious hot water for allegedly harassing Amanda White and Magdalena Gorka, a producer and cinematographer on his documentary, I'm Still Here: The Lost Year of Joaquin Phoenix, but two other women from the production have come forward to defend him!

Associate Producer Nicole Acacio says:

"I got to know both Amanda and Magdalena to some degree. I never saw anything out of the ordinary either on or off set, and certainly nothing like what they described in their suits. I was in Las Vegas at that shoot, and I never saw anything like that happen. Casey's wife and his children were in town with him. Casey is a great guy, and it's clear that he's a very warm, family-centric person. The real Casey isn't the one who was described in these suits. Nothing I've ever witnessed would lead me to think he could ever do anything like that."

An unnamed female editor also agreed:

"These lawsuits are contrary to everything that I personally know about Casey."

And it looks like Affleck himself is getting pretty pissed off at these two women, because he's planning to countersue for breaching their confidentiality agreements!

Geesh! This one's tough to call!

Bet there's some juicy deets in there!

Joe Francis is suing cameraman Ryan Simkin for breaking a confidentiality agreement when he wrote Flash! Bars, Boobs, And Busted: 5 Years On The Road With Girls Gone Wild, a tell-all about his experience traveling with the series.

The book is described as a “shocking account of…sex, drugs and rock & roll and ultimately a few trips to the slammer” where nobody “was innocent.”

Simkin worked as a cameraman for Francis from 2002 to 2007 and then as a freelance writer for Girls Gone Wild magazine until the beginning of this year.

The papers filed in Los Angeles Superior Court on Friday stated, “Unfortunately, Simkin has decided that money and fame are more important to him than keeping promises.”

Nothing says true love like a confidentiality agreement!

Former trainwreck Kerry Katona seems to be doing a pretty good job of keeping her life together as of late, and after serious drug problems and two failed marriages, has been quietly seeing Adam Waldron!

However, girlfriend wants to learn from her mistakes and keep this one on the DL - and take a dig at Jordan Katie Price in the process!

She says:

"I want to keep it to myself until I'm really sure about what's going on with us and then I'll talk. I really don't want to do a Katie Price and pose with every new boyfriend I have on the cover of a magazine. Let me have a bit of time with him first because I don't want to jinx anything. Adam doesn't want this lifestyle, he finds it hard, I made him sign a confidentiality form. I just feel like a failure as a wife and a mother, like I did with Brian, even though I couldn't help that Brian ran off with someone else, but I still felt a failure. I thought, why couldn't he love me enough to stay with me? The same happened with Mark, I stayed with him for a year and a half and kept telling myself he'd change, I gave him every opportunity to change but he didn't love me enough which makes me feel like a failure and not good enough as a person. I tried so hard in that marriage and I'd have done anything for it to have worked."

We have a suggestion, bb! Maybe if you want your new relationship to work, you should stop talking to the press about your exes!!

But that being said, you still look great, and just take it slow with your new man!
