Jail is literally sucking the guts out of Conrad Murray!
The former doctor continues to rot away in jail for his hand in Michael Jackson's death and he wants out. Murray claims that jail food has given him a mean case of dysentary and he's dropped (literally) 30lbs!
Murray's legal team is seeking appeals due to health reasons, as he states the horrible smell, bad water, and crappy food are detrimental to his well-being.

Conrad Murray has crossed one enemy off his list … but he still has to watch his
Singer James Debarge, ex-hubby to Janet Jackson, had a bone to pick with Murray after Michael Jackson's death.
Now after a conversation, it seems this beef has been cooked and eaten.
James' current wife says the singer was impressed by Murray and "has made peace with what happened to Michael."
He also doesn't think Murray is evil but a "kind man."
That's a 180! How the hell did that happen?!
A lot of people would disagree with James' praise, especially MJ's fam!

Conrad Murray wants to walk free while he appeals his manslaughter case, but the
world California D.A. is like WTF?!
The D.A. believes that Murray has shown no remorse towards Michael Jackson's death and would do the same thing again if he were let go.

Conrad Murray is currently serving a four year manslaughter sentence but he won't be practicing medicine in or OUT of jail.
The Texas Medical Board has suspended Murray's license, three years after Michael Jackson's death.
The board took their time making the decision because the former doctor isn't a threat to patients…as he's in jail.
Murray is still trying to appeal his conviction.
Good luck finding any work in the future, though.

No huge shocker here! As we said back in November, the Jackson estate was happy with Conrad Murray's sentencing!
Yesterday, Judge Michael Pastor announced that he would be denying restitution to Michael Jackson's family with regards to Dr. Murray's criminal case…because they didn't seek it.
Here's what a source had to say about it:

Rough times for Conrad Murray.
The doctor who was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson case is now unable to afford his own lawyer.
Even though, there was a time in his life where he earned up to $150,000 a month to act as MJ's doctor, it looks like Conrad is now broke as he has asked the court to appoint him a public defender to help him appeal his conviction.
He filed a notice appeal to the LA Superior Court on Tuesday.
And it looks like he's getting the not-so-friendly treatment in jail. His former lawyer saw that police had put him in handcuffs and leg chains and even handcuffed him to the table for their meeting, which is something that non-violent offenders have to experience.
The lawyer said:

Wishful thinking? Not really…
Conrad Murray got the maximum sentence yesterday, with a sentence of 4 years behind bars.
But, he could get out as early as Christmas to serve the rest of his time doing house arrest.
With the overcrowding of California jails and him being considered a non-violent felon, it looks like Murray is eligible to live out his sentence comfortably in his own home.
Hmm, we didn't know that California correctional facilities can pull a Lindsay Lohan on what some people would consider a convicted murderer.
