Smart Little 3-Year-Old Recites Preamble To The Constitution

What a little smarty pants!

3-year-old Beau Knowlton is such a smart little guy! And a cutie too!

Beau can recite the Preamble to the Constitution without using cue cards or anything!

According to his parents, he learned it rather quickly, which is nothing new to him.

They said:

"About a year ago we noticed he remembers song lyrics really well. And he would sing a song that we hadn't heard in a long time."

Ha! Too cute!

Watch the above video and if you'd like to recite it along with him, here ya go:

We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

Joustin' Beaver iTunes App Creators Are Suing Justin Bieber!

justin bieber legal drama round two

Justin's legal drama continues!

To recap - last week, Justin Bieber sent a cease and desist letter to video game makers RC3 - the company responsible for an iTunes app/game called Joustin' Beaver.

At the time, we were hearing that Justin did NOT want the game using his likeness, and his lawyers were threatening to take RC3 to court!

NOW, we've learned that the Joustin' Beaver creators are filing a lawsuit against The Biebs, claiming that they're NOT violating any laws by making fun of him in their game!

The company is saying that their game is a "parody," which should be protected by the First Amendment in the Constitution.

Should be interesting to see how this all plays out! We'd expect to hear more soon!

Team Bieber…or Team Beaver???

Michele Bachmann: Not All American-Born Babies Are Equal!

Michele Bachmann Republican Conservative Tea Party Political Hypocrisy

Here we go again — another thoughtless clusterf*@k from the mind of Michelle Bachmann!

Are we surprised though? Somehow, yes.

The Sarah Palin wannabe has told Southerners she wants to pass legislation against those born on US soil if they're born to illegal immigrants.

So even though it goes against the 14th amendment, and even though conservatives bash liberals when they want to make changes as they preach constitutional conservancy, Michele's going for it anyways.

As she hates on "anchor babies," she says:

Airport Stripper Sues!

Aaron Tobey Airport Strip Fourth Amendment Virginia

Aaron Tobey, an inspired college student, was arrested after he was forced to undergo a search and pat-down in the Richmond, VA Airport.

Why was he arrested? Was he hiding something illegal?

No. Not quite.

Instead, he decided to make their jobs a little easier by stripping down himself. And when he stripped down, he displayed the fourth amendment written across his chest, which outlaws "unreasonable searches and seizures."

Apparently someone came prepared!

But security was prepared too….to arrest that ass!

They immediately called airport police to come and handcuff Aaron, no questions asked.

Later, the charge of disorderly conduct was dropped. That is, later on after the TSA realized he was suing them for $250,000!

According to Tobey’s complaint:

Alabama Senate Approves Of Not Being Racist

Better late than never.

Last week, the Alabama state legislation passed an amendment to their state constitution that would eliminated all outdated and ignorant racial references and segregationist laws.

In a 22-9 vote, will ALL of the Republicans voting in favor, the measure was passed to remove references to "Jim Crow" and any language that calls for separation of black and white individuals. The proposed amendment will now move to the House of Representatives for consideration. If signed by the governor, it must go to voters for approval.

Um, excuse you, nine democrat Alabama senators - you mind telling us what your beef is? Some reason you want to keep your state constitution racist and outdated? The thing was written in 1901 for crying out loud! That's over a century!

Get with the times people! Get with the times!

P.S. - Their constitution is also ridiculously long! with 827 amendments and 340,000 words, it's 40 times longer than the U.S. Constitution. Wowza!

Dear Iowa…THIS Sucks!

Filed under: Icky Icky PooGay Gay GayLegal MattersPolitikLGBT

So disappointing!

Following a three hour debate, the Iowa house has voted today to approve a resolution that proposes a constitutional amendment to ban same-sex marriage!

House Joint Resolution 6 was approved by a very disheartening vote of 62-37, however, it was expected following last week's house judiciary committee, which passed the resolution with an 13-8 vote.

One Iowa Executive Director Carolyn Jenison says:

“The proposed amendment devalues families and divides Iowans. The Constitution is meant to protect the freedoms and liberties of all Iowans. It is inappropriate to use the political process to single out and deny a group of Iowans of their constitutional protections.”

And senate majority leader Michael Gronstal maintains:

“The vote today by House Republicans was a big step backwards for the constitutional rights of all Iowans. I remain committed to protecting the rights of all Iowans and focusing our energy on helping Iowans recover from the national recession.”

Well said!

They should be absolutely ashamed of themselves for such a blatant infringement on people's rights!

This may have been a step back, but that doesn't mean that we still can't LEAP forward again if we need to!
