There seems to be a bit of confusion over what is going to go down this morning during Lindsay Lohan's felony theft hearing. All we know for sure is that is going to be inneresting.
Earlier, we reported that yesterday, after meeting with LiLo's lawyer and the D.A., Judge Schwartz offered his final plea deal for Lindsay to mull over and reportedly, he was going to grant her more time to think it over.
However, another source insists that Judge Schwartz will demand Lindsay make up her mind TODAY about whether or not she'll accept his deal. He will not allow her to wait. An insider directly connected with the case insists:
"There will be NO continuance granted by Judge Keith Schwartz, period, end of discussion. Judge Schwartz told Lohan at the last hearing that he wouldn't continue the case again."
Whether she'll be sentenced today to not, we'll have to wait and see, but something that both sources agree upon is that the Judge's offer includes jail time. From what we gather, it seems to be a prudent decision for her to take this deal, considering that if she allows this thing to got to trial, she'll be transferred to Judge Stephanie Sautner who is regarded as a "tough as nails, by the book judge." The inside source adds:
"If Lindsay does decide to do an open plea in front of Judge Schwartz on Thursday, he will likely then set the matter for sentencing, which will then likely be set for another date in the very near future."
Sounds fair to us.
Look, at this point, Lindsay really just needs to ask herself what she is willing to give up - 21 days of her life or 10 years.
Take the deal, LiLo. Take it!!!
